Jewelry Care & Repair

*Our jewelry is composed of either gold filled or sterling silver chain and findings such as clasps, jump rings, wire, etc. Unless not indicated, most of our metal pendants and studs without stones are comprised of 65% recycled pewter or brass, with electroplating of 14K or sterling silver on top. Our posts are made from hypoallergenic surgical steel. If an item contains a stone, that stone has copper around it, and is electroplated with 14k gold or sterling silver.

Jewelry Care

To retain the integrity of your handcrafted piece, we recommend the following to our customers:

Due to the genuine nature of the stones used in our pieces, no two are alike in size, shape or color! For this reason, we may hand treat individual pieces to garner increased consistency in tone and sparkle.

Please only clean your pieces with a polishing cloth, and keep away from extreme heat, steam or any chemical jewelry cleaners.

Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc.

Jewelry Repair

Robyn Rhodes accepts returns for repairs that have been damaged due to user error or natural wear and tear within 14 days of delivery for a service repair fee of $10

All other items submitted for repair beyond 14 days of delivery are subject to a service repair fee amounting to half the cost of the original payment made for the item.
