    Cancellations/Modifications and Special Offers Policy

    After placing your order on Robyn Rhodes website you have 24 hours to modify your order or cancel for a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be subject to a 10% restocking fee per item.

    Ready made, Instagram Sales and items previously marked as ON SALE may not be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount code. Only one discount code per order. If an item is purchased with a discount code from the above list, the item will be refunded immediately.

    Returns Policy

    Robyn Rhodes Jewelry accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 14 days of shipment. You are eligible for a refund only after Robyn Rhodes Jewelry receives the item and confirms that it unused. If your item is received with any damage due to a manufacturing error, or unsatisfactory customer approval we will provide a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee per item. To return an item for refund or repair, you must supply a completed Return Authorization Form as well as an RA number. To receive a Return Authorization form, please contact customerserservice@robynrhodes.com

    Return Shipment Instructions

    • Please pack items to be returned preferably within the original packaging or appropriate shipping box and seal.
    • Within your package please include your name, contact information reason for return and original order #number
    • Your refund will be applied within 2-5 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
    • If you have questions regarding your return please contact customerservice@robynrhodes.com

    Exchanges

    Robyn Rhodes does not accept exchanges. Customers will follow return process (above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.

    Shipping and Lost Packages

    As a friendly reminder, Robyn Rhodes is not responsible for items that may be lost in transit, but a refund or replacement can be discussed. If an item with confirmation is reported missing, but it is confirmed received via the tracking number, no refund or replacement will be issued. We thank you for your understanding!

    We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered, or lost in the care of USPS.

    If your package seems to be missing or has been marked as "delivered" but you don't have it:
    Often times packages are marked as delivered because your postman either forgot or didn't have time to deliver it that day and it will be delivered within the next day or so. Other common issues are that your package is being returned to sender, or is just waiting for pickup at your local post office! Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package! Be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake! These problems are issues with the USPS and we will do all we can to help, but we have access to only the same information you have unfortunately! Thank you so much!

    Since every piece is hand made and made-to-order by Robyn Rhodes herself, delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks. You will receive shipping confirmation once your piece has been fulfilled and is on its way to you! If delivery is to be delayed or the item is unavailable we will inform you by email with an estimated delivery date.

    Please note: selecting rush shipping does not effect the original time of production for your piece but only the time it takes to arrive to you once it has been sent out for shipment. If you are interested in placing a rush order to receive your item sooner than 3-4 weeks please contact customerservice@robynrhodes.com additional charges may apply.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is $4.50 for all Domestic orders placed with the US. Canada Shipping is Is based on the current price for first class mail. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. All international and military orders are shipped via USPS. All packages are shipped insured.

    What if my package is lost?

    When will my order arrive?

    Every piece is hand made as well as made to order by Robyn Rhodes herself, so delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks. You will receive shipping confirmation once your piece has been fulfilled and is on its way to you! If delivery is to be delayed or the item is unavailable we will inform you by email with an estimated delivery date.

    If I choose expedited shipping, will my order be delivered sooner? Expedited Shipping will only decrease your shipping time, not the time that it takes to make the jewelry. If you need something made in a rush, please contact customerservice@robynrhodes.com

    I received shipping confirmation via e-mail but my tracking info says there’s no movement on my package, did it get lost? Once production has finished on your order, a shipping label will be created. The e-mail you receive indicated a label has been created although the package itself may not have been dropped off at the post office just yet. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
