Refund policy

As each of our pieces is handcrafted specifically for your order, our return policy is designed to accommodate the cost of design while guaranteeing your satisfaction. Exchanges are issued for store credit minus the cost of shipping, and will never expire. If you instead prefer to fully return the item, a $10 restocking fee will be applied. Both exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed UPS or USPS receipt date. Furthermore, all products are covered by our limited warranty. If the product is determined within 10 days to have a manufacturers defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. We will even provide you with a return shipping label.

When we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue you a store credit, minus the shipping costs, that will never expire. We will not issue store credits for items without a return authorization number. These sorts of packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection and in the original box. We do not accept returns that are not shipped in a box, as the jewelry will most likely be crushed in transit.

Once an item is sold, we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification or misuse.

Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit only.

If you return a product outside of this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.

Custom orders are non-refundable and will not be accepted for return. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in any retail stores or on other retail websites.

If an order has been marked DELIVERED and you do not receive your products, please send email to customerservice@robynrhodes.com and we will put in a claim for you.  We are not responsible for lost items that have been marked DELIVERED.

We strongly suggest you choose our standard shipping + package insurance option-- that will come with insurance.  Or you can choose Priority Mail, which comes with insurance as well. Please contact customerservice@robynrhodes.com if your package is lost or says delivered once tracked.
